自动门,顾名思义,是能够完成自动开合的门扇,在人们接近或是离开的时候,门扇的识别控制系统会将信号传递到控制单元,再通过驱动将门开启和关闭,并对开启和关闭的过程实现控制的系统。

自动门的基本组成大体上相同,有了以上构成,再加上开门信号,就可以配置成一套简单的自动门系统了,就是可以将人接近门的动作识别为开门信号的控制单元,通过驱动系统将门开启,在人离开后再将门自动关闭,并对开启和关闭的过程实现控制的系统。通常情况下,不同种类的自动门其工作原理有一些不同,具体如下。

1、自动门感应器工作原理:
1. Working principle of automatic door sensor:
自动门感应器探测到有人进入时,将脉冲信号传给主控器,主控器判断后通知马达运行,同时监控马达转数,以便通知马达在一定时候加力和进入慢行运行。马达得到一定运行电流后做正向运行,将动力传给同步带,再由同步带将动力传给吊具系统使门扇开启;门扇开启后由控制器作出判断,如需关门,通知马达作反向运动,关闭门扇。
When the automatic door sensor detects that someone is entering, it will send the pulse signal to the main controller. After the master controller judges, it will inform the motor to run, and at the same time monitor the motor speed, so as to inform the motor to apply force and enter into slow running at a certain time. After getting a certain running current, the motor will run in forward direction and transmit the power to the synchronous belt, and then the synchronous belt will transmit the power to the spreader system to open the door; after the door leaf is opened, the controller will make a judgment. If it is necessary to close the door, the motor will be informed to move in reverse direction to close the door.

3、红外线自动门原理:

一般人体都有恒定的体温,一般在37度,所以会发出特定波长10UM左右的红外线,红外线自动门就是利用红外反射原理,电路中有一个发射模块和一个接收模块,发射模块能发出一定频率及一定功率的红外光,当遇到障碍物时,反射回来,被接受模块收到,经过电路或单片机处理,执行相应的功能。
